The war is won. Oasis and the Concordat are at peace. Overwatch has been folded up again, this time made into an intelligence arm for Helix, under new - and the UN hopes better - leadership. The Gods are free - largely - to do as they will.

After so much time spent on opposite sides of an unwanted war, some of the opponents will find each other again afterwards, in a time of peace, but this time either as victors, or as the defeated.

These are some of those stories.

Overwatch - or what is left of it - is at war with the Gods of Oasis. Russia is in a parallel war with itself, Katya Volskaya's government against the popular uprising led by the Aleksandra Zaryanova, the Goddess of Russia. As winter sets in, Zarya's March to Moscow has slowed to a crawl.

The old year has rolled out, and the new year has rolled in, as both Brigitte and her family struggle with her new reality.

Katya Volskaya's government in Russia has destroyed the omnium Koschei, and held their own against the Gods of Oasis. But with Jesse McCree having upset a precarious balance, Lena, Hana, and Sombra have intervened in Russia's rising civil war, and the fragile peace between Overwatch and Oasis has been shattered.

Reinhardt and Brigitte have landed in Bavaria on a lovely autumn day, and Brigitte must scramble to catch up on everything which has happened over the last several hours.

Losing Koschei to a Talon-flagged Russian attack appears, to all observers, to have knocked the gods back, forcing a restart of talks at the UN.

But it also created doubts amongst friends, further damaging alliances already strained. And as the various human and omnic factions try to determine their next moves, some of the individuals involved start to make decisions of their own.
