West Virginia's legislature has a bill (with co-sponsors) making trans people being seen by minors "obscene" with a five year person term.

There's a lot of reporting and pretense that the new wave of anti-queer legislation - a record number of bills, by the way - is limited to targeting drag performances.

That's just the PR cover. It very much is not.
