This is kind of neat; what implicit associations do you have with candidates? It's a measurement of purely nonrational associations.

Perhaps predictably, I don't like any of 'em, but I really don't like Huckabee. (McCain, Obama, and Clinton are all in a little cluster at neutral, with McCain slightly higher than the other two; Huckabee is 'way down towards the bottom.)

Science tag included because it's a study.

Hm, odd. The only other time I did one of these, it strongly matched my explicit preference. This time, they're all clustered together, with Huckabee only slightly lower than the others.

Mine came out about like I thought, with Obama up top, Clinton and McCain about even, and Huckabee down at the bottom.

Clinton scores on the high end of good for me, which is actually not surprising. I like her personally, I just don't like her policies or her campaign team or her husband.

McCain and Obama are tied at neutral, with Huckabee a shade below. This doesn't surprise me. McCain is personable, but I don't trust him. Obama is charismatic, but I was skeptical of him for a long time before I made an affirmative decision to support him.

Huckabee was the wild card, as I find him personable and creepily evil at the same time. I think the results bore that out. He scored the lowest on implicit association, but still not that low.

And I actually think the presidential fields on both sides are much better than average this year, even though I have problems with all of them and particularly the Republicans. The fact that none of them score really low on implicit associations is consistent with that impression.

Interesting. I took the test again. Hillary Clinton was still the highest, but at neutral. Obama and Huckabee were tied just below neutral. McCain was a couple steps below. All candidates scored lower. It might just be time for bed.

Obama at the high end, Clinton almost the center, McCain a ways below her and Huckabee near the bottom. Whats funny is it almost matched the number rating I gave in the last section. 9,6,3,0

Huh. Apparently I haaaaaaate McCain, he's all the way down at the bottom. But even more surprising is that Huckabee came in a titch below neutral. Because my conscious brain finds him utterly horrifying.

is it broken?

My results put everyone on the same line in alphabetical order in the middle.

Maybe that just means I'm hella undecided. :b
