What's the last place you traveled to, outside your own home state/country?
Chon Buri, Thailand. Just got back. Hated it! But that's because I reacted badly to Something and got sick.
What's the most bizarre/unusual thing that's ever happened to you while traveling?
Well, this last trip, I got progressively less able to sleep OR eat, so that was really bad and was very strange. So I came home early and was fine in a day and a half. So I guess that counts. Most of my trips have been fairly uneventful, as far as I can remember.
If you could take off to anywhere, money and time being no object, where would you go?
On earth? TOKYO! And all over Japan. ^_^
Do you prefer traveling by plane, train or car?
I loathe driving. I do it and try to do a decent job, because it's a survival skill, but I really dislike it. I hate airplanes, too; the air system has just gotten worse and worse. (And this last trip was no exception. A 22 hour trip turned into almost three days courtesy of airline ineptitude. Have I mentioned "don't fly Northwest" lately?) annathepiper and I almost took the train down to San Jose for that Worldcon, but we ended up not having the extra time.
What's the next place on your list to visit?
Toronto, for the Worldcon, in a couple of weeks. Yay! ^_^
