Ok here is the status. The listing agent just called me and said that late last night they received an offer on the home that the buyer waived all contingencies and offered more money. The listing agent did say that only Mr. Buyer initialed the contract and Mrs. Buyer is coming into town tonight to sign. They asked if we would still be interested in the property and I told them to keep us in the loop. The listing agent was not totally confident that Mrs. buyer would agree. I will keep you posted.

cell phones make you stupid

So if I get a phone from Cingular, is there any one I really shouldn't get? I like the flip phones better than the non-flip kind. They've got this one smaller one that's $50 after rebate with a one-year plan that I kind of liked - the Samsung X427. (With a two-year plan, it's free, but fuck that.) It's the lightest phone the offer and appeared to be the smallest of the flip-style.
