No, no, no. The real and boring answer is that they set up a temporary configuration for us when we were getting quotes, and when they updated it for the go-ahead for new internets and crap, the temporary estimate configuration somehow got instantiated in the database instead of being purged like it was supposed to be. And that chugged its way merrily through their system until it came out here. XD
