I can't take credit for it - it's a standard part of the "range" type poll question. I suspect most people just use the radio button type instead of range.

知りません。 「ソーラーバード」とかくより「ソラバド」とかくのは何か変と思ったけど、「solar」と「bird」のかたかなの書き方を辞書で調べなければなりませんでした。 洒落や何かの名前（Soledad?)のようなかもしれないと思いました。

ETA: 私も日本語があまり上手じゃないです。
