Our performance reviews at work were this August, and the new system is even more complicated than last year's system. Thus, a coworker already mentioned Daniel Pink's talk and I already watched it. Daniel Pink is coming out with a book (http://www.danpink.com/archives/2009/08/the-secret-of-making-it-until-september) on the topic in December.

I try hard to ignore performance reviews.
