I have a motley assortment of old media blanks lying about (cassette, minidisc) but no way to make a vinyl LP. Or an Edison cylinder, for that matter. But I think about it. XD

A release on Edison Cylinders would totally capture the hipster market. At least for a while. "Dude, I was listening to stuff on cylinder before they started carrying them at Hot Topic." ;)

I could do it. Well, a four minute or less single. For less money than a vinyl LP.

That would be pretty awesome to do that for a limited edition single or something. Maybe pick one from roughly the same time frame as the burglary equipment on the cover of Cracksman Betty.

I kinda want to try to build a cylinder player. I'd be happy with an antique original (as long as it played two and four minute cylinders both) but they're far too expensive.
