Open mic! Tonight, 7pm! Here! FAIL. Snowstorm and idiots on NE 145th made travelling impossible. (Two stuck cars in front of me, two cars stuck behind me, I ended up directing traffic and getting all but one of them unstuck which let me at least turn around and head home.) Hate hate hate.

No such thing. I couldn't make it, we got another snowstorm. It was okay at the house and on Bothell Way, but when I hit NE 145th street (State Highway 523) I got to see a bunch of stalled-out drivers sitting around going DURRRRRRRRRRRR in their 4x4s and blocking the road.

ice storm here this morning. 5 mm of wet ice on the corner outside the farm-road makes for interesting Newtonian mechanics on the part of SUV drivers.....
