We got milk delivery today, possibly because when I called I mentioned that I had been keeping a path clear down to the road. (I was towards the end of reclearing when they showed up, in fact. This time I widened it to car length, so that if we have to drive out, we can at least get down the driveway.) So that was a surprise. Also, a neighbour came over to say hi, on skis, which was pleasant.
