Man, that's a sad fuckup. Oh, heck.

And yet, FOX's talking heads have all been excessively whiney and bitchy about MSNBC's hiring Rachel (be still my beating heart!) because she's explicitly left.

Well, here's a clue: she's the first out lefty to be hired in three decades, because Reagan's hammering on the (so-called) "liberal media" led to a de facto ban on hiring explicitly lefty commentators. The result has been a media that, for all intents and purposes, has lurched hard to the right. I mean, did you catch Brokaw's BS last night that Bill had no right to criticize McCain because he was a POW?

zarq is usually pretty reliable, but I'll happily await a rebuttal. However, I do have to say that they are absolutely that stupid; the Obama/Osama thing is an ongoing meme at Fox News. This is just the first that includes Biden.

(A couple of examples: one, two. Not to mention the overt "jokes." It really is a Fox News theme.)
