solarbird | Actually, for Woodinville, that wasn't bad at all

That wasn't bad at all. Enough clouds - barely - to keep the instruments manageable, and decent money, for Woodinville. I'm getting a lot more reaction at this point to mandolin music than flute music these last couple of weekends, which is rather the opposite of early shows a month and a half ago. I had one of the vendors this weekend give me a cupcake and, even better, insist that I show up at the Juanita Bay market next Friday. They'll introduce me to the market manager and such, so hopefully that'll be fun.

There's a big three-day festival going on in Bellevue this weekend I didn't even know about; part of it is described here, and another part is described here. I'm think I'm going to show up for the third day tomorrow and see whether I can weasel my way into a spot. The worst they can do is chase me off.
