Okay, so, I'm now in more of a hurry to sell my pickup truck, so I've cut the price dramatically. I still think it'd be a very nice restoration project truck for someone, even if it is a full-size bed, or, barring that, a very nice occasional-use heavy-hauler. If you know someone who needs such a beast, please let them know. Thanks.

I have no idea if any of them would be interested, but a number of folks on my flist are from the Pacific Northwest. (Seattle, Portland, etc.) Would you mind if I linked to this under an f-lock?

Aaaand, you've told me this before. My apologies. Asking is a force of habit. :)

Done. (http://zarq.livejournal.com/768385.html) Good luck!

A shame I can't fit the kids in there. We're currently shopping for a used van, SUV or station wagon to replace our aging Corolla.

No problem. Hopefully you'll find a buyer quickly.

Honestly, I'm not convinced about the good timing. I'm going to give up a car that gets nearly 40 mpg for some sort of gas-guzzling behemoth at a time when gas is over $4.25 here. We're trying to juggle our budget so that we can keep both vehicles. Not sure what's going to happen there.

But I have to assume that whatever I pick up will do better than 8mpg! Wow!

(And yes, a metal dashboard might be problematic!) :D
