solarbirdI get a lot of real-estate mailings - postcards, flyers, stuff like that. I got my first postcard for a repo/foreclosure house auction today. The property is in Canyon Park, which is in the SnoHOmish County part of Bothell.
Opening bid $50,000; if there's a reserve price, they don't mention it. It's pretty much everything I hate in a house, except for not being particularly oversized. But everything else? Burn it. Burn it with fire.
