There was a brief period of very low angle sunlight under the clouds; I ran upstairs and took a lot of pictures, including some at very silly resolutions like 4000x3000. The light was really neat.

Your snow looks so much cooler than what we got. we just ended up with this patchy sprinkling that makes it look like there were a bunch of seagulls around for a while :)

The kitties look like they're growing up fast! Very fluffy!

That's actually a pretty fine picture, right up there with the one you took of the light under the dark thunder-sky last summer. This one, with the snow, is worthy of going into a calendar -- and folks down east would never believe it anyway (since they've had all that propaganda from the real estate boards, about how as it never ever EVAR snows here).
