Here, this is neat: a compiled list of transit-accessible hiking trails, both in-city and out. All the ones I looked at were either Metro Transit (King County) or Sound Transit (King, Snohomish, Pierce counties). The directions are generally based on the idea that you make your way downtown first, but since there's a lot of downtown to neighbourhood express service, that's pretty reasonable.
