From sunnier days

I got some more battery lights, a replacement flashlight bulb and spare, recharged everything, built up a cooler's worth of ice, and verified that the other bottle of lamp oil I have is the right kind. Now hopefully we won't need any of these things tonight. It's not supposed to be much of a blow, so really, we shouldn't - fingers crossed and all that.


Ornamental Grass

Looks like pampas grass. I didn't know that grew in the northwest... I love the stuff. It's hard to trim without getting sliced up, though, and VERY hard to get rid of.

It's very pretty. I like it. ^_^ Shoreline is kind of boring, but the campus is nicely gardened.
