So leg physical therapy is in fact pretty much over; everything I did yesterday was upper-body, now that my shoulder is mostly better. (Not completely, but mostly. She's confused by exactly what happened but thinks it's a rotator cuff sprain.) So all my exercises are new, and I've got one of the Giant Rubber Bands (this one's yellow!) to use to help build strength. Rah.
