One of the things that happened in the accident is that my vocal cords got damaged in the entubation and resulting aspiration. I couldn't talk right at all for a few days even after waking up and reportedly my voice was very strange. Today, I got out notes. Only a few bars singing along with iTunes but notes. Kind of wobbly and not of the best tone but notes. That's the first time since the accident.

I'm very happy now. Today is now a good day. ^_^

Cultural Warfare Update later today, sometime after I get back from physical therapy, probably this evening.

I've been away too long. I am glad you are healing and very sorry you had to go through that.

The pain is probably muscle mass regrowing which is a good thing. Stick to the PT. My dad's a PT and he says the MOST IMPORTANT THING for you to do right now is listen to your docs and do the excercises. You WILL get back to 100% and the pain will fade. if you have any questions and, for some reason, you don't want to ask your docs you can ask me. My parents are a PT and an OT so I can get you any info you want.
