Two badly thought out product labels seen today

Seen in the food court at the Hub:

Vegan, Lettuce, and Tomato Sandwich

WRONG. Not a hint of vegan in it. Not even any turkey. Also, at Rite Aid:

Finger Injury Kit

I don't need a kit for that. I can do that fine with ordinary household materials, such as hammers.
