Today has been stupidly hot again, but it's the kind of day where the sky and the lake don't just match but are exactly the exact same colour, and the trees are dark spears of green vibrating against the sky from chroma contrast alone, the kind of day filmmakers try but can't quite get onto film so they shake their fists and curse their worthless, wretched tools.

And then they complain about their cameras. Ar ar ar.

The opening theme started with a chorus belting out "The bluest skies you've ever seen are in Seattle..."

It may have come from somewhere else and been stolen\\\\\\ borrowed for the song. I first heard it back in the Seventies for the TV series.
