I can't get pictures of the squirrels around here anymore... probably because when I see them in the birdseed trays I slam the back door open and run shrieking onto the deck with a broom.

Sometimes they fly off the deck and hit the ground with a WHUMP, though. That's pretty cool.

That's exactly what I was thinking. I'm not sure if it's tame-leads-to-fat or fat-leads-to-tame, but I definitely suspect there's a connection.
