There's one thing that makes this story very amusing:

The Telegraph was once owned by... Conrad Black.

(It's also a hideously right-wing source, to the point that one satirical magazine in the UK calls it The Bush Telegraph. Just look at how the special report on climate change is, um, sponsored by BP.)

So, is that, like, a real article, about a guy named Black, only someone put the image of Captain Black from _Captain Scarlet_ in?

I mean, I heard about the scandal on NPR, so I know it's real, and I know there's a new CGI version of _Captain Scarlet_ coming out, and that looks like Captain Black...
