My old mocs have holes in the soles. (Both of 'em do. I've been taping them up. This sucks.) Clearly, I need replacements.

Most of the kinds out there are stupid and have fuzzy bits hanging over the sides or stuck on the back, which makes me think uncontrollably about annoying bunny slippers. But I finally found some that don't and are, accordingly, not annoying. But they come in colours!

So, should I get the dark red or the light brown? I kinda like the red, but opinions around me are split. spazzkat says the dark red is too hostile, but thing is? I'm hostile. kathrynt says the dark red because it's me. Clearly, this is a job for a livejournal poll!

If you go with the Lands' End mocs, definitely the red. kathrynt is right, it's you.

However, for further non-fuzzy moccasin choices, have you looked at Minnetonka (http://www.minnetonkamoccasinshop.com/) mocs? My husband swears by them for comfort, although I did not see such a jazzy red color available.

I need new mocs myself... just don't have the money to get em... I think the ones I had were from some place called Minnetonka Mocassins or something... very comfortable, and no bunny fuzziness... I wonder if the local native american store in the mall still sells them.

I'd go with the dark brown, mostly so it wouldn't show dirt as quickly as the lighter brown.
