Okay, so here's a writeup:

Three bedrooms, one bath, two fireplaces, it's cleaned up much better than I expected, actually - it turns out the people before us didn't clean the walls, so when I did over the last couple of weeks, it turns out to feel much bigger and brighter than I'd expected. Plus, of course, there's the whole repainting thing in some rooms. It's sparkly clean! Except where I'm not finished yet and it's not. But still. If you know anybody who needs a nice place in the U.
