We have a possibility in Ballard. It's a modern (1989) which sucks, AND it's a lookit-my-garagees triplex, but! I've figured out how to salvage that without spending thousands of dollars, so we'll be going to look at it soon - hopefully on Monday. It's at the very outer edge of affordability, but it is at that outer edge, so I'll be glad to get a look at it and give it a fair chance.

It's in Ballard, and the location mapping gives me some hope for good bus service and easy walking distance to important things like shops and such. Very similar to now, really, only change "Ballard" for "University Park." We've just got to get out of here. It's so sad! But it's true. Alas!

(I'd really like it to work out, just because I'd like any possibility to work out. It's such a shame about that first house back in June - it would have worked, I'm sure of it, and would have been an architecture I far preferred, and would have been cheap enough that we could have dumped a lot of money into making it like we really wanted right away. Darn.)

But! There! A public post! I've been posting so much behind friendslock lately that I decided I had to keep something for public consumption. Yay!
