If you’re thinking of going to one of the many Tesla dealership protests, here is a high-resolution protest sign for you. It’s a high-resolution re-implementation of a poster going around in London, with a few changes to make it a bit more 1930s-ish. It’ll work well on 11×17 paper for protest signs, should that be of interest.

It will also go twice as large and still be okay, really.

Call your Senators NOW

Schumer is still playing 1990s politics and is, frankly, a fucking fool. ALL Democrats need vote NO on the budget cloture vote.

Here’s an explanation of what’s going on in video form, but basically, remember how a couple of weeks ago I talked about cloture on an anti-trans bill? This is cloture again, but on the MAGA budget bill.

Cloture CANNOT be allowed to succeed. We need EVERY SINGLE DEMOCRAT voting NO; it’s literally the only means we have of pushing back in Congress. It’s the only lever of power Democrats have available to them, and they should damn well be using it.

Right now Chuck Schumer is out there saying he’ll vote for cloture because Republicans are saying that if you don’t vote for cloture, we won’t give you a clean continuing resolution to keep the government open, and then we’ll blame you for the shutdown.

THIS IS BULLSHIT, and you need to call your Senators NOW and tell them it is bullshit.

You can also message Chuck Schumer directly; as minority leader, he can be contacted by out-of-state voters. Here’s the web page. Let him know what you think of this obscene attempt to cave.

And seriously, support anyone who primaries him next election. Assuming that means anything. Fund them early, fund them well. Schumer’s whole generation has to go.
