Housekeeping

If you follow me on Federated social media and have been seeing posts disappear and reappear, it’s because federation has been screwed up for a bunch of Mastodon instances, including my own. I still don’t know why but I do have posts federating properly to my own instance again, which has to be good.

If you’re following me on Mastodon (and possibly other federated site software, I don’t know how widespread the problem is) and not seeing updates, try unfollowing and following again. I know that one of the updates since 1.0 broke follows, and while that was fixed weeks ago, I think there might have been some follow relationships left in bad states again, or put back into bad states by follow-up releases. I don’t know, but I’m working with the developer on it.
