If you’re still using Twitter, you are willingly and freely drinking at a Nazi bar. It’s a bar owned by someone who listens to and very directly promotes fascists and conspiracy theorists, and who actively recruits alt-right and literal Nazis onto the platform.

I’ve documented a lot of this for you as it’s happened. I’ve talked about how Elon’s very clear plan is to turn Twitter into a fascist disinformation fountain and far-right propaganda machine, with eyes particularly but not exclusively on 2024. I’ve documented how he’s taken step after step to achieve this goal, including striking at or outright banning media and boosting fascist content, and most recently promoting a conspiracy theory blaming trans people for mass murder.

And there’s no way around this, but if you’re still there…

…you are freely and willingly giving your business to a Nazi bar.

I presume from that you will stand by and let them murder me and mine. And if you pay for… any kind of access, frankly, be it blue check or API access, I assume you’ll help. Because you will have helped them already.

And that’s all there is to it.
