NO HOUSE FOR YOU
May. 16th, 2004 10:14 pmNo house for us. Another bidder came in at the same time with a $50,000 escalation clause, which means they'd beat any other bid up to $50,000 above list. We came in at list and could go up $15K but that was all. (It needs on the order of $50K of work.) So we're 0 for 4 or 0 for 5 or something now and it's all really depressing and god DAMMIT we need another place to live what the FUCK is up with this?
