May. 12th, 2004 01:33 pmOur tenant for the Admiralty - who signed a year's lease a couple of weeks ago and who is supposedly moving in on the 15th - just called. His sister's moving into town and they've decided to live together, and he's breaking the lease.

We've turned down a dozen or more people since then, and the summer rental window is pretty much closed down at this point.
