Trump is steeped in Project 2025 material. He’s silly with it

Trump is out today lying and denying knowing anything about Project 2025 and not being involved with it, and not knowing anything about the Heritage Foundation. This is, obviously, a lie, and your Trumpy and Trump-receptive family and friends need to know.

He’s lying about it because enough of us have been going on about it that people are starting to find it, and they do not like what they see. So, naturally, he is lying and pretending he’s not involved and doesn’t know what it is.

Here’s what to tell your Trumpy family and friends, some of which is sourced from here:

• Trump’s SuperPAC have been running ads not just promoting it, but calling it “Trump’s Project 2025.” They’re still doing that.
• He’s been delivering its talking points at his rallies for months
• Chief Trump advisor and “deputy President” John McEntee is a senior advisor for Project 2025, and specifically leads the project to replace career government employees with Trump loyalists
• His press secretary was in Heritage Foundation ads recruiting for Project 2025, though they seem to have taken down that video. (Or YouTube Search isn’t letting me see it, even on their own channel)
• Stephen Miller is denying any knowledge of or connection to Project 2025; here’s a still of him from a video promoting it. He’s sitting next to the Mandate for Leadership in print form.
• Trump himself has appeared before the Heritage Foundation and told them how much he “needs” them.
• ADDED: Here’s Trump administration ultrafascist Stephen Miller saying he didn’t know anything about it either, when he’s in a video promoting it sitting next to a stack of the bound and printed plan
• ADDED: Here’s Trump top adviser John McEntee explaining to Trump administration ultrafascist Steve Bannon how the Trump administration will implement Project 2025’s plans as quickly as possible.

Trump is, again, lying. Which he always does, of course. But he’s lying about Project 2025.

Make sure they know what he’s lying about this time.

Plant those seeds of doubt. Water them. Tomorrow, plant more.

What should also be noted is Heritage et al were behind some of the crazier things (I forget all the details, defunding the Energy Star program at EPA is the only one I remember) some of the House Freedom Caucus and other nutcases in the House tried to do in 2017 and 2018 and were only thwarted because there were enough sane GOP Congresscritters who actually favored some of the things Heritage's bootlickers went after that they couldn't pass even with a GOP majority. Of course many of those sane Congresscritters have retired or were primaried out. If Trump gets elected with a GOP House and Senate, there may not be enough sane folks left to stop him, Heritage, Johnson, etc.

What I think should be noted is that the Heritage Foundation thinks Anna and I should be illegal as individuals, not just as a married couple, because they think all LGBT people should be illegal and they openly call for that.

Or did last I looked, which was like, last year. They state it as "Lawrence v. Texas was improperly decided." That's what that means, because that's what that decision said you couldn't do.

Make Queers Illegal Again is what every one of those hats says to me, and I won't pretend otherwise, because that really is what they want.
