…but at one point I might’ve, to the point of having designed a couple of things similar to parts of it in the past. And I still like the concepts quite a bit.

I'd probably need to live in something like this if I end up on my own.

It's not small. It's just... built mostly like a stage set (with the kitchen as the Kraft Services area I suppose) and at least in concept just as flexibly. Conceptually I kinda love it and again, for one to two people, it's massive. Nicely sized for three adults, arguably. I've definitely lived in far smaller spaces.
