"there's fuckall you can do for it but it has a name!" is the human condition, ain't it? (I have DSPD too, and yeah, there's nothing you can do but accept it, try not to hate yourself for it, and if possible structure your life around it rather than the other way around.)

(Not hate myself for it hasn't really been a problem, structuring my life around it rather than the other way around is already sorted, sooo... mostly I'm just "woah, it has name!"
