My voltage divider oscilloscope probe came in over the weekend and I've hooked it up to UPS ELDA - the one that started blowing GFCI and was putting AC and DC on the ground pin - and it looks exactly like you'd expect given the meter behaviour. 60Hz (line frequency) AC voltage, rock steady, with a DC offset.

I'm pretty fucking confident that's what I'll see on NEW UPS 1 and NEW UPS 2, too, since their meter behaviour is identical. Or at least NEW UPS 2's was before it completely died.

Goddammit APC, what the fuck.
