a strange glyph from a forgotten age

i have a house wiring circuit i absolutely cannot find. my last guesses were special separate outdoor outlet or house recirculation fan. it is neither.

there is a mysterious glyph in an unknown hand, left by the builder. the builder was tricky and sometimes lies, but this puzzle i cannot solve.

does ANYONE know what the living fuck the scrawl on line 15b might mean?
