Date: 2016-05-11 10:58 pm (UTC)So how are people going to "know" someone is violating this stupid law?
My only suggestion is that people who are asked to confirm their gender should charge the other person with whatever crime applies-- there was an article about someone PEERING in on the author while peeing in a public stall-- that's at the very least chargeable as sexual voyeurism. If someone calls me any short form of transvestite, for example, they will be charged with assault, harassemnt, and hate speech.
DO NOT ACCEPT any attempt to 'enforce' this utterly craptastic law, and FIGHT with the same tools they're trying to use to silence the QUILTBAG community.
