Yes, that's horrible.

But if this fucker is talking about throwing around nukes here, he's talking de facto genocide. Something his party is more or less for at this point, and that's no excuse, and partly his fault.

This person cannot have access to the nuclear weapons use codes, or have any part in the decision-making.
