I love how hydrofoils rule the seas in this vision. I miss them. Does anyone still use them?

Around here? Oh yeah. Aside from hydrofoil racing - the Seafair races are a huge event both locally and in racing generally - they're great for long-distance ferries. The Seattle-Victoria ferry is hydrofoil, I know, and the fastest way to get there. I think there's one running in Atlantic Canada as well.
