Actually, this one's rather difficult in some ways - it's so much harder to push my buttons than not push them that it's easier to say "everything but these exceptions." But I'll list some substantial ones.
1. As per extensive discussion on day three, not actually trying to communicate with me when I talk. Blocking communication, not listening, not talking, lying. All those are big deals.
2. Smell bad, or be oily. Ngh no.
3. Reflexive thought (or, more correctly, non-thought) presented as analysis or even as actual thought. BRAIN AND BRAIN WHAT IS BRAIN at me and I'll be all, "ok we're done here."
4. This one's kinda abstract: Be too quickly interested without saying so and without some sort of history or known-by-me motive. I tend to distrust this; it'll trigger some of my trust/abuse issues. This is ironic, given my history, but true. Try not to spook me. It'll help.
