I am pleasantly surprised to learn that Tacoma has a Perpetual Ceilidh.

As a session player, I'm left amused by exactly what would power the perpetual machine of a ceilidh since they all seem to end by 11pm

I play for the Vashon Celtic Player on it's namesake island most often. On occasion, I'll drop in on Paddy Coyne's in Tacoma, the Owl and Thistle when they don't have sports nights and the private kitchen sessions which dot north Seattle.
I'm embarrassed to say I don't attend them as much as I'd like. I've been busy with Hungarian gypsy and Spanish music projects.
Is the Terrible Beauty the place which was once The Giant's Causeway?

I don't know! It's this one, if that helps. Anna and I attend every second session right now, as we're new to this type of music and spent alternate Wednesdays at home working on learning tunes. (It's rather traditional. Matt Haverly runs it, if you know him.)
