I'm not sure if one would call it supply and demand, or deflationary, but while we're hiring help at work, we're definitely paying them less then we would have a year back.

Moved downward from $8-$8.50/hour to $7.40-$7.80.

Also, while we're still doing raises, and the authority level for doing them has moved downward, the level of evaluation to earn them has risen...in other words, you have to score better. And the cap has moved downward from 5% to 3%.
