Okay, so this is dumb, but

I went ahead and made a CafePress store for the Cascadian Mecha Militia Dance Dance Revolution Team coat of arms mugs, and the League of Disgruntled Software Workers beer stein. I wanted them all as large mugs, but it turns out that unless you pay them $5/month, you can only have one of each kind of item, so that's one large mug, one small mug, one stein, and etc etc bastards.

If anybody wants any of this stuff on other items, let me know and I'll make it happen. (Unless I think it's really stupid, in which case I won't. C.f.: CafePress thongs. No. ^_^ ) If you really really want one or the other of these already posted graphics on a different type of mug than they're currently on, I'll shift existing things around to suit, but later.

True, but untrue! You can create multiple stores under the same account on cafepress, and make new items for each object! I had to do That Very Thing not too long ago.

just go to shop management and choose 'open a new shop'. I made a bunch of shops shop1/shop2/shop3/etc so I could create multiple little books and such.

The one I'd really like would be a CMMDDRDT Stein. (the second version of the logo with the arrows) I'd probably go for a pair of the big mugs and a Digruntled Software Worker Stein as it stands.

Note that each kind of mug has both the standard arms (without arrows) and the DDRDT (with arrows) variant. (Do the front/back thing to see both sides of each mug, you'll see one side has arrows, the other doesn't.) I didn't make any that had the DDRDT variant on both sides.

loopback says I can set up a second store to get around the item limitation thing. So I could, say, make a second store with the CMMDDRDT stein you actually want. ^_^ That'd also let me make standard mugs from the League design. I don't want to make many stores, because it would get kinda crazymaking. But one more wouldn't be too bad I guess. ^_^

Since you've basically got two designs at the moment, two stores would be enough to get pretty much any reasonable variation. Depends on how many other designs you've got in the works, though.

If I start getting sales enough to care about more designs (probability: zero ^_^ ) then I could just start paying the $5/month to get access to as many of whatever as I could want. So that's NBD. Supposedly some people would like mugs of mr.cranky from mr.cranky's disruptive newsletter, and I could make those too, I suppose. (It's a pouty frowny face cartoon in a circle with white text in the black circle reading, "CERTIFIED/CRANKY.") But unless some of the people who said they were interested in this more recent stuff actually go through and buy 'em, I'll hold off. ^_^

Anyway, I've set up the second store at http://www.cafepress.com/solarbird_more - so now there's a DDR DT stein, and also two mug types for the League.

Excellent! I've got 'em bookmarked until I get payed on the 3rd. I've been covering for someone on vacation at work, and I'm getting paid a little for participating in a clinical trial, so I'll have some cash for just for fun stuff at the start of the month.
