My grandmother was anorexic until the day she died, which was at 60lbs and with terminal osteoporosis. It's not only teenage girls that succumb to this disease, and nowhere under the definition of 'thin' does it include a skeletal structure with the consistency of jello or muscles that eat each other to survive.
