solarbirdI took a bunch of photos of the light-projection stuff we did at MurkNorth for Halloween and then never posted them. So in the spirit of the season - just the previous season - here they are.
The House on the Hill
Oooh, spooky, huh? I've also got a bunch of close-ups. Paul made the ghost cut-out for this one; it's all garbage bags and small-bulb light fixtures aimed properly.

This was my ghost cut-out, using the other point-light we had handy:

Saturday's Norwescon concom meeting was very strange; I'm not doing the lending library this year, so I haven't had anything to do before now, so this is the first time I've shown up. Despite this, I'm looking around going, "...didn't we just do this like three months ago?!" because of CascadiaCon. Plus, everybody else has been going for like three months already(!), so I'm simultaniously going, "Oh fuck, I'm really behind!" Except that I'm not; I've got another couple of months before I really have to start doing anything, really.
Sunday's miles: 2.1
Miles out of Hobbiton: 538.9
Miles out of Rivendell: 79.1
Miles to Lothlórien: 387.3
I'm really looking forward to the return of biking season. :-p
