solarbirdI've got this $100 referral certificate from our mortgage company still sitting around. (Phoenix Savings - they're a loan-setup specialist, they then sell the loan to another lender. But they were very quick and pleasant to work with - moreso than a standard bank, which is I think how they make their money.) If anybody wants it, say so now!
Alternatively, if you know somebody who might want it, I could give it to you to give to them. I think it's still good. They gave it to us when we bought our house last fall.
