That's more than I got... I think I had 8 total... now I'm left with a big bowl of tootsie pops... Was them going down the main st, but very few came down mine... oh well...

So far we've had five kids in two groups. One priest (a teenage boy, hee hee), one ghoul, Holly Hobby, Santa Claus and one other thing I was unsure of.

Now the little one has his rottweiler outfit on and dragged Daddy down the street while I cook dinner.

They started to show here after 6, I've had about 45 and half of those I gave two bars to instead of just one. Going with the full sized candy bars was definitely worth it, the kid's expressions are priceless and the comments are cool. A couple came back later for a second pass. I'm down to my last box of bars, I think next year I'm going for the really large bars (the 4x6 inch ones).

So I dropped a small fortune on candy, it was worth it :-)

I think we've had 60 - 70 kids. It was insane! It hasn't been this busy since prior to 9-11.

We stopped at 21ish. I was hoping for more! But it's still a lot more than I'm used to.

According to the neighbours, they had 40 last year, so this is actually a down year.

It was definitely down this year. Something about the Sunday/school night thing, I think. We only went through 2 bags, and it's usually 4-5. Our favorite costume was the blackjack dealer....
