solarbirdLooked at a house yesterday - serious fixer, $390K bank foreclosure, on the market two days, no pictures with the listing, the ugliest presentation I have ever seen on a house, bar none, I scheduled a showing for tonight a couple of hours ago... and it sold this morning for list.
God dammit, now we're not even getting to schedule showings before they're going off market. Hopping christ on a supersized pogo stick, what's it take to buy a house in this town?!
