I agree on Pres Clark. This guy wasn't well liked in the military, he was a political General, the type who doesn't do anything, and takes (steals) credit for those who get their jobs done in spite of him. His performance in Bosnia was horrendous, and pretty much earned him the loathing of everyone under him. He's very much the B-5 Clark.

(He wasn't appointed because of his abilities, but more because of his political views and connections).
